Grilling Wagyu steak, these pans are best suited

A wrought-iron or cast-iron pan without a ribbed base is best for grilling steak. This model from Skeppshult is made for Wagyu specialties and has received excellent reviews. Thanks to the good heat retention, a crispy Kobe steak is best achieved in iron pans.

The right core temperature for your Wagyu gourmet meat

The correct cooking level for Wagyu steak is medium rare to medium (approx. 54°C). To measure the core temperature accurately, we recommend using a barbecue thermometer. We particularly like the Chef's Probe thermometer, as it has extremely thin probes and a fast response time.

Beef Marbeling Score, everything you need to know about marbling

Marbling for maximum Wagyu enjoyment is not everything. A focus on animal welfare and a marbling score of BMS12 are mutually exclusive. That's why you should always pay attention to transparent origin.

STEAK SALTING, how to do it right

If you buy high-quality Wagyu meat and are looking for a healthy diet, you should make sure you use the right salt. Coarse sea salt is best. Compared to industrial salt, coarse salt from Murray River coarse salt contains more minerals and the pure salt content is lower, which contributes to a mild taste experience.
