| 6 pieces | Spelt buns, only available as a set ➡ click here |
| 1 glass | Roasted Apple Grill Sauce |
| 1 glass | Onion chutney |
| 6 slices | Cheddar (not included in the set) |
| 1 head of lettuce | Lollo Rosso, alternatively arugula (not included in the set) |
preparation
-
Form the ground meat into 12 equal-sized balls of 80g each and place them on the hot grill plate. Place a piece of parchment paper on each meatball and flatten with a meat mallet until the patties are approximately 0.5 cm thick. Carefully peel off the parchment paper. Grill over high heat for about 1 minute.
- Turn the patties over using your grilling utensils and top them with cheese. Stack one patty with cheese and one without on top of each other; more cheese is of course possible if desired. If available, you can immediately cover the patties with burger domes and let the cheese melt for about 15 seconds.
- Meanwhile, slice the spelt buns and toast them on the hot plate with the cut sides facing down for about 30 seconds.
- Then spread the bottom half of the bun with the grilled apple sauce, add lettuce and top with patties, onion chutney, and place the top half of the bun on top.
